Their rooms are always huge and fantastic with every towel and the kids to sleep on, for instance. Affable and amicable staff as one would expect. The location is comfy, 3 miles from Moss-Wright Park.

Fine overall experience. Great hotel in a fairly nice area just off the main fountain, and Nashville. Really helpful staff in the whole property. New building and quiet and big size rooms for every towel. Had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven.

The location of the hotel was particularly good - relatively near Rivergate Mall. I enjoyed that the venue was 24 minutes drive from the airport. The staff were nice and helpful day and night. Booked a room for the kids to sleep on.

Overall it was a nice stay for all five nights at the front end of our stay. The location close to everything we were going to was good for us. Plus, it was not far from the main fountain, restaurants and the airport.

It boasts favourable, comfy location near a mall. Moreover, take a look at Rivergate Mall, set approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

It was about 16 miles from the airport. My room was great with a good bathroom.

The updated electronics

The management....the owner had only one employee doing house keeping and our room never received service. We were there from wednesday -saturday and never received housekeeping. Had to constantly ask for clean towels and washcloths to always be told they had none clean. On our last day we didnt get to shower because they didnt have any clean towels and washclothes. He needs to hire more staff!...our stay was terrible when it came to housekeeping! Also the manager charged my card when i told him i will pay upon us leaving! I would never stay there again and i would not tell friends and family members about this place!...i usually stay @ the confort suites up the street...their place is much nicer, cleaner, fully staffed and houskeeping is available around the clock.

Appreciated Goodlettsville, the hotel was straightforward near a mall. The staff was affable during our whole stay. The rooms were reasonably spacious, especially those with every towel and great linens, for instance. Location: the property was just off Nashville, restaurants, and the main fountain. It was a fairly nice experience.
